CAC registration, answered
Business names are typically completed within a few working days once documentation is complete. Company incorporation usually takes one to two weeks depending on CAC processing times and name approval. We keep you updated at every stage.
A business name is simpler and cheaper but does not separate you legally from the business. A limited company (LTD) is a separate legal entity. It protects your personal assets, looks more credible to banks and corporate clients, and is required for many contracts and grants.
